DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

Cece jewellery is handmade from start to finish. We want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow a 6-22 week lead time depending on the intricacy of the design. Please refer to the individual product page for each piece of jewellery for a more accurate timeline, but note that due to the hand-crafted nature of our pieces, these timelines are an estimate and are subject to change.

 

Each enamelled piece is hand-painted, so every one differs slightly in its own unique way. Your ring, pendant, or charm is individual to you.

 

All packages are sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express, tracked and signed for. We understand that changes in US legislation mean tariffs are affecting global shipments, but rest assured that Cece Jewellery will get your pieces to you safely as soon as they are ready.

 

Shipping is free of charge.

Please note - our pieces may attract additional charges for customs and taxes when shipping outside the UK. These are not included in your order and Cece jewellery is not responsible for calculating these - please be sure before you purchase. A shipping and restocking fee may be deducted from returned or rejected orders.

 

Cece Jewellery will accept returns on Ready To Ship items within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

Unfortunately, anything made to order cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned. If you would like more details on any piece to help you make a decision, please feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to help.

 

Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be refunded or returned.

 

In case of fault or damage, please email us contact us for assistance. Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.
