DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

Cece jewellery is handmade from start to finish. We want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow a 10-12 week lead time depending on the intricacy of the design.

 

Each enamelled piece is hand-painted, so every one differs slightly in its own unique way. Your ring, pendant, or charm is individual to you.

 

All packages are sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express, tracked and signed for.

 

 

Cece jewellery travels all over the world, and we’re happy to send another piece on an international journey. Shipping is free of charge.

Please note - our pieces may attract additional charges for customs and taxes when shipping outside the UK. These are not included in your order and Cece jewellery is not responsible for calculating these - please be sure before you purchase. A shipping and restocking fee may be deducted from returned or rejected orders.

 

Cece Jewellery will not accept returns on enamel products such as pendants, charms & rings due to the nature of the enamel process each piece is bespoke in its own way. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned. If you would like more details on any piece to help you make a decision, please feel free to contact and we’d be happy to help.

 

Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be refunded or returned.

 

For none enamelled pieces, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

In case of fault or damage, please email us for assistance. Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.
