Delivery & Returns
All pieces are made to order so please refer to the product page for lead times, these vary from 4-20 weeks depending on the intricacy of the design. All packages are sent via UPS, DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for.
At Cece Jewellery, we treasure the ancient technique of enamelling and therefore each miniature hand-painted design differs slightly in its own unique way, meaning every ring, pendant, or charm is individual to the wearer.
I can offer refunds on all pendants and charms that are ready-to-ship, however I do not offer refunds on rings as once painted in enamel as they cannot be resized.
Please also note all bespoke orders cannot be refunded or returned.
